Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring fragile home decor is properly cushioned to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
